This necklace features three natural stones from Lake Michigan. The pendant is constructed in sterling silver with tube hinges connecting each bezel set stone.
At the top and bottom of the pendant are a pieces of cut and polished favosite fossil coral that is sometimes referred to as "Charlevoix Stone" for its prevalence along the coast next to the city of Charlevoix (where I collected the piece!). In the middle is a cut and polished Petoskey Stone (another type of fossil coral found near Petoskey, Michigan).
